I will hold nothing back

Worship is not just the songs I sing; it is my lifestyle. It will be passionate. It will be driven. It will demand an explanation. I will be open; I will be vulnerable. I will stay broken and humble at the feet of Jesus. I will live with such intensity that I must continually seek God's presence so I don't burn out. I will seek God first in everything. I will be filled so I can pour myself out over and over. I will desire nothing but to sit at the feet of Jesus and cry, "Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come." I will live for the glory of my Savior.

I'm bored . . . :-)

Here is a picture of an earthen dike on a road that the city has never diked before. I figured it's probably 8 or 9 feet high.

This is--under normal circumstances--a golf course. Right now it'd work better for water-polo. :-) It gets flooded fairly often since it's right on the river, but the water has never stayed up so high for so long. And with another crest coming sometime this month, it'll be there for quite a while.

I'm getting rather tired of always dealing with the flooding, and I suppose you're all tired of hearing about it, so here are a couple pictures of an Easter Lily my dad got for my mom. Isn't it gorgeous?!

Gorgeous lilies, Andrea!! Did you take those pictures? Did you use Picasa to add glow or anything? They turned out SO beautiful!!

Yep, I took them. I used Picasa on the second picture and added soft fade and glow. The first one I just cropped. I've been frustrated with my camera not focusing close up in the past, so I'm happy with how these pics turned out.

Bored? You know those are words not to use around here. I have plenty to keep you busy!
